Pricing model: monthly plan with personalized pricing based on site and scope. If you already have your free Digital Presence Report with us, you get a discounted price.

Terms:

  • Monthly subscription, no lock-in.
  • Up to 2 hours/month of minor changes included; extra time is billed hourly.

Response time:

  • 1 business day for general support.
  • 24h for critical alerts (site down, security breach).

SLA coverage:

  • Uptime target: 99.9% monthly.
  • Daily verified backups, restore within 1h in case of incident.

Payment: monthly, via MercadoPago or wire transfer. You can pause or cancel at the end of any month.

Not included: new feature development, full redesign, migration to another tech stack (quoted separately).
