Scope of Service: The Business Financial Audit is a diagnostic and consulting service. It does not include the execution of accounting or tax tasks, nor the direct implementation of the recommendations, which can be quoted separately.

Confidentiality: All financial and operational information provided by the client will be treated under a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The data will be used exclusively for the purposes of the audit.

Methodology: The analysis is based on the information provided by the client (financial statements, accounting books, etc.). The accuracy of our conclusions directly depends on the truthfulness and completeness of said data. Our team may request additional information during the process.

Deliverables: The service culminates with the delivery of one (1) Audit Report in digital format, which includes the analysis, findings, and action plan. One (1) results presentation session of up to 90 minutes is included to discuss the report with the client's key stakeholders.
